Hinges skilfully restored, nice copy. Unique edition of 250 numbered copies (n° 180), initialed by the author and the publisher. Multiple pagination. Printed on 44 different kinds of paper with different tints, compositions and textures, with different types of ink and richly ornamented, the work gives a broad overview of the technical prowess of printing at the time.
