Bifeuillet in-12, 2 pp. in French, on paper bordered with black, signed "Louis comte d'Arenberg". "Louis comte d'Arenberg". Browning, some notes of the time in suscription for the answer. L.-E. d'Arenberg (1750-1820), nicknamed "the blind duke" (he had lost his sight at the age of 24), had been made senator and count of the Empire by Napoleon. He reiterates here his recommendations in favor of Ghislain-Joseph Henry, architect of the castle of Laeken, for his project of an imperial square in Liege. He gives news of his sons: Pierre, then officer of the Emperor's order on his way to Moscow, and Prosper-Louis, captive in England. - ROLLAND, abbot (director of the secondary school of Herve) - "Speech [and odes in Latin and French] pronounced on the occasion of the anniversary of the coronation of his majesty the Emperor and King and of the Victory of Austerlitz".
