In-18, 132 x 80 mm, contemporary binding in blond glazed porphyry calf, triple gilt fillet on the boards, smooth spine decorated with flowers, green morocco title-pieces, gilt edges (top cover torn off, spidermoor on the boards). xxxv, 243, [1] pp. 4 plates. First separate edition, printed on Essone vellum, and illustrated with 4 figures, 3 drawn by Moreau le jeune and 1 by Joseph Vernet; engraved by Girardet, Halbou and Longueil.
