He was pensioner of the country of Waes and adviser to the Council of Flanders. Our manuscript was completed by other hands in the 18th and early 19th centuries (some additions in fine at the date of 1804), the last notes being signed by Viscount François-Xavier de Nieulant, dated Brussels, January 14, 1784. With 13 tables and handwritten genealogical notes (including a fragment with 2 coats of arms in color) from the same period, on loose leafs of various sizes. Bibliography : Annuaire de la noblesse de Belgique, 1857, pp. 162-163.
