Edmond PICARD - Imogene. Final edition. [Frontispiece by Odilon REDON]. Brussels, Oscar Lamberty, 1905. Small in-12, 150 x 90 mm, turquoise morocco signed Dubois d'Enghien, gilt framing, roulette and garlands on the boards, spine decorated with five nerves, inner border, gilt head, cover preserved, in a lined slipcase (spine uniformly faded, top cover slightly rubbed, tiny scratch on the top margin of the first board). Small number of this edition illustrated with a frontispiece by Odilon Redon engraved by Louise Danse. ENRICHED WITH A BEAUTIFUL ENVOILED FROM THE AUTHOR TO MADAME VICTOR REDING "the most feminine woman I have ever met." Victor Reding was the director of the Royal Park Theatre from 1899 to 1925. The 3 ff. and the frontispiece partially unbound.
