Set of 9 tinted lithographs depicting various sites in Guatemala: Isabal, Lake Atitlan, the entrance to the Rio Dulce... 1 plate showing a view of the Magnanerie de San Agustin near San Salvador Bernard van Lockhorst, draftsman and interpreter, was a member of the "Exploration Commission" appointed by the "Compagnie Belge de Colonisation" headed by Colonel Remy De Puydt in 1841.
