Camps); La Maison du Cygne (Chef: Richard Hahn); La Clef des champs; Les Trois Couleurs (Chef: José Tourneur); La Cravache d'Or; L'Orangeraie; La Tortue du Zoute; "L'Alban Chambon" at Hôtel Métropole (Chef: Dominique Michou); La Taverne du Passage; Le doux Wazoo... as well as 3 Asian restaurant menus (La Porte des Indes, Le Barong, China-Town). Small crosses on the menus probably indicate the dishes tasted by Marc Danval for his gastronomic reviews. A few pages in copy, one or other menu faded. ATTACHED: La Maison du Boeuf. A Celebration. Brussels, Hilton, 2001. In-4 Italian style, black cloth. Autograph signed letter from the restaurant's chef, Michel Theurel, to Marc Danval. Nice set of menus from Brussels restaurants, the vast majority before the year 2000, as evidenced by the prices in Belgian francs.
