In-12, blond half calf spine binding, spine decorated with four nerves, red morocco title-piece, gilt edges (jaws cracked at the top on 2 cm). [8] (incl. engraved title), 542, [4] pp. Engraved title, one folding map (small tear) and 19 off-text plates with city maps: Leyden, Amsterdam (1 plan and 1 view), Haerlem, Delft, Dordrecht... The first guard bears the following notice: "This volume bears the signature of Barthold Nicolas Krohn, German scholar, born in Hamburg in 1722, died in 1793". Small worm gallery affecting the bottom of the first 4 leaves, slight angular lack p. 407, sporadic pale freckles.
